Based on the given information, the school, age and gender of the child, seems to match up with the information of Mala Ruchel Rotklein. I assume, based on her age, she is most likely 9 and probably was unable to correctly spell her name.

I agree that this is the person who most likely signed this name in the album. In 1941 when the album was signed she would have been 15 years old, the right age to attend school #8b.

I disagree with the notion that she did not know how to spell her name. Rotklein and Rotklajn are the same name, one with a Polish spelling bias and one with a German spelling bias. Among a number of recordtakers and transcribers, this name might have been spelled either way. I look forward to seeing what you find in the next stages.
