I agree you've found the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941, she would have been 12 years old, the right age to attend school #8b. Nice work! As your expert reviewer suggests, please remember to leave a note explaining your process and conclusions in the future. Good luck in the next stages!

User Comments:

I'm nearly certain that her mother is Dworja, because they have the exact same addresses as her and her brother, and she has the same deportation date.

Thank you for reentering the date correctly. Can you use the secondary source materials to determine what this date might mean?

I agree with your expert reviewer--please let us know how you determined Chaim Dawid was Estera's brother.
Stage 3: Labor Camps
Camp Deported/Transferred to:
Chelmno, Poland
Secondary Sources
User Comments:

Considering that the AG note is either a change of address or a deportation, likely to Chelmno, I think that Estera was deported to Chelmno.  Primarily because the AG date is the day of a Chelmno deportation.  Although I think it is possible it's a change in address, I think that it is most likely that she died at Chelmno.

I agree that the A.G. date you reference in stage 2 is likely a deportation to Chelmno. The secondary sources list July 3, 1944 as the date of a deportation of 700 inhabitants of the Lodz Ghetto to Chelmno, where they would have been murdered in gas vans. You may add Chelmno as her place of death based on the secondary sources as well. Thank you for helping to complete Estera's record.
