This individual has practically the same name....Here: Rywcia vs. Database: Rywka.  Could this be the same person and the variation in name is only a result of a spelling error/human error in entering the name?

I also agree. Rywka and Rywcia are the same name, with minor variations (Polish/Yiddish/different transliteration from Hebrew to Latin characters)--we do not know why these spellings are different, but we do know they refer to the same name. Best of luck in the next stages.
