I ran an exact search for the last name “Cadek,” in an attempt to find potential family members. We found three different individuals listed at the same addresses (STORCHEN 12 8 and 11 LISTOPADA 84). One was Izrael Cadek, born 20 March 1900, whom we believe to have been Chaja’s father (due to the birth date – he would have been 30 y/o when she was born). Another individual listed at the same 2 addresses was Machla Cadek, born in 1902, whom we believe to have been Chaja’s mother (Machla would have been 28 when Chaja was born). Machla died 6 March 1942.
Additionally, we found an Estera Cadek, born in 1933, and listed at the same addresses as Chaja, Izrael, and Machla. We believe Estera may have been Chaja’s younger sister, due to the fact that she was only 3 years younger, and lived at the same addresses.

Good research! If you look carefully in other databases, you'll see that her father, Izrael, survived in the ghetto until it's liquidation, when he was deported to Auschwitz. After several weeks at Auschwitz, he was transferred to Dachau. Her mother, Machla, died in the ghetto in March 1942. It's not known what happened to her sister, Estera; though there is another female named Rachela of unknown age who also lived with Chaja and was deported at the same time as her. Thanks for filling in the names of her family.
The September 1942 deportation date definitely suggests that Chaja was deported to Chelmno during the Gehsperre Aktion. However, without a more specific date or other evidence, it is difficult to confirm the transport destination.
