User Comments:
There are several listings for Laja Ast, however three of them appear to be the same person, as they have the same address. Laja changed addresses, and this could be a source of the confusion. Also, one listing has her as "Schuelerin" (Student) and another as "Arbeiterin" (Worker), thus indicating a possible change in occupation or occupation in the camp.
Approver Comments:
I agree. Although there is a fourth candidate born on May 2, 1927, her addresses don't match up with the other three entries (two of which are listed as a schuelerin/student). Note that if you search "sounds like" for the name "Ast" you will get an additional alternate spelling for her last name as "Azt."

User Comments:
We are assuming that Mordka Azt (Surname spelling variation of "Ast") is Laja's father. The age would have been appropriate, and they lived at the same addresses.
Approver Comments:
I think you are correct about Mordka. In addition, Rychla is probably her mother. The street addresses were SIEGFR 65 flat 1, STEIN 6, and MUEHL 104 flat 3 on May 26, 1943.
