We have found several people with the same last name in the same building as this subject.

For example, Freidla Erlich, whose ghetto note we do not understand: WYM 3.11.1 SULZF 62.

Additionally, does someone with the same last name who moved to a similar location, denote a likely familial connection?

The death date you entered is correct. As for your questions about Freidla... She lived on the same street, but her addresses - Sulz 64 (she moved to Sulz 62 on November 3rd (probably 1941) were not exactly the same as Paula, who lived at Sulz 63. It is possible that they lived at the same street address, and these are just typos, but we cannot know for sure. That said, you are right that if folks share the same family name and live at the exact same addresses, then they are likely to be relatives.
