Look for different spellings of his name, use later databases--and now that you have a change of address, look for listings with an address of Hohensteinstrasse (or just Hohens) as well.

Unfortunately, sometimes the information we're looking for just isn't out there, and it seems like you've had a more difficult time than others finding someone who does have information out there on him or her. This is one of the cool things about doing original research--I have no way of telling you if there's more information out there on him or not, since you're really doing research nobody's ever done before. Best of luck--I hope there's information on him.
