I found this information with the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database; from there I found the Lodz Ghetto List, which had Mojsze Kuczynski listed on the page displaying 751-800.  His birthday (1927) fits the period of School #5 (1926 - 1934).

I agree this is one possible candidate to have signed this name in the album! You might want to check out Mosze Kuczynski, born in 1928, Moszek Kucinski, born in 1926, Moszek Kuczynski, born in 1929, and Moszek Dawid Kuczynski, born in 1927, as other possible signers of this name. Thank you for the note explaining your process!

User Comments:

I found the possible family members by sifting though the Lodz Ghetto List found from the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database and searching for people with the same surname and the same address.  The dates of the possible parents are plausible (1903 for Rywka and 1899 for Bejrysz).  As for Mojsze's siblings, I am not possitive, as there are only ten months between their births.  Although it is possible, it is also a bit suspect due to the closeness of the births; Szmul was born August 11th 1924 and Lemel was born June 06th 1925.

I agree with these relationships for 1927 Mojsze--it is possible that either Szmul or Lemel was a cousin rather than a sibling, but all of these people were likely related. You'll also find Rywka listed as Rywka Laja Kuczynska.

Bejrysz' entry has another address of Stein 14. Do you see this referenced anywhere else in the next stages? I look forward to seeing what else you discover about this family and about the other possible signers of this name.
