We think that Szmul Icchok Helholc is Helhocl. There are four names listed and two are female so they were eliminated. But the males are either too young or to old for the schools dates (1926-1931). Szmul was born in August of 1932. The other male was born in 1905 so he was too young to be a part of School #2. So we think there could have been an exception to his age and the school.

I agree that Szmul Icchok is the most likely person to have signed the album as "Helholc." As you say, despite the fact that he falls slightly outside the potential age range for school #2, he is close enough in age that it is possible that he attended the school in 1941. Good work!

Some things to look out for, based on my check of your research:
-His last name also shows up as Helholz (same addresses, same date of birth, suggests they're the same person)
-His middle name has Polish and Yiddish variations: sometimes it's Icchok, sometime Icak. If you could go back and search these variations in the database, then enter everything that you find in this stage, that would be great--it will help you to search for all possibilities in the later stages.
