From the list of students that signed the album, we chose to research P. Halpern. From the student profile we found that P. HAlpern attended School #2 and was born between 1926 and 1931. therfore, P. Halpern had to be between the ages of 10 and 15 in 1941. After researching P. Halpern in the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database we found 7 possible matches for P. Halpern. Using the process of elimination we were able to find that P. Halpern's birth name is Perec Alter Halpern and was born on 15 October 1928. We concluded this because 6 of the 7 possiblities were born in the years 1878, 1911, 1915, and 1916. therefore the 7th possibility was the only person that was male and was born between the years 1926 and 1931. In conclusion, P. Halpern's given name is Perec Alter Halpern and he was born on 15 October 1928.

Absolutely fantastic reasoning. I agree entirely, and I'm very impressed with your explanation.

Also note his addresses: Hohens 34, #1, then Am Bach 7 after September 11, 1941 (right before the album was presented).

Great work! I can't wait to see what you discover in the next stage.

At this point in research i am unable to find any of the information in the Hospital, Labor, Deportation, and administrative Records from the Lodz Ghetto Database. Therfore, I want to search the other databases on the next steps and hopefully find the information im searching for. Then i will come back to the second step, The Ghetto, and fill in Perec Alter Halperns Information.
