I believe that "C Balicka" and "Chana Sura Balicka" are the same person- "C. Balicka" and "Chana Sura" are both the correct age to have signed the album. In addition, Balicka seems to be an uncommon last name, and she is listed as having lived at Hohensteinstrasse with a child and a woman who are also named Balicka. It is my belief that the child may be either a sister or cousin, while the woman may be a mother or aunt.

I agree that you have found the student who most likely signed this name in the album. In 1941 she would have been 9 years old, within the range for school #23.
Note that there are two records for her in the database: the second one list her name as Chana Sura Balicki, so please enter this name as an additional spelling in the "name" field. You can also add her date of deportation, September 10, 1942, to the next stage. As soon as you add in the alternate spelling and resubmit your research, I can confirm your work on this stage.
