The boy's name is Icyk Majer Wajnberg but when searching through the database I found Icek Majer Wajnberg born in 1932.  I believe that this the boy because he attended School #1 and the students there were between 9 and 15 years old, meaning that they were born between 1926 and 1932.

I agree that Icek is the most likely person to have signed his name as Icyk Majer Wajnberg in the album--as you suggest, he would have been the right age to be attending school #1 in 1941, and Icyk is an alternate spelling of Icek (or Izak, or Icchok, or Isaac, etc.).
