Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

I searched for R. Teich and found one match Roza Teich. Her birthday is in the time slot that I was looking for. So I believe she is the girl who attended the school and signed the book.

I agree! As you suggest, Roza would have been 18 years old in 1941, an appropriate age to be attending Gymnasium when she signed the album. Also note her addresses: Korbgasse 4 #1, Schlaget 23, and, after 16/2/1942, Inselstrasse 26. (Uczennica, if you were curious, means schoolgirl--in Polish! Interesting to find a Polish word among German-altered street names--what do you think this means?)
