I do think you've found the correct student who signed the album, based on the similarity of the name and the fact that the birthdate is in the appropriate range for him to have attended school #1. Next time, it would be great if you could explain in the comment field how, out of all the other possibilities (and there are several), you selected this one. Also note that he lived at Pfeffer 4 21. I agree that based on the shared address and on Sucher's date of birth, we can surmise that this is Icchok's father. Again, next time please explain this rationale in the comment field.
