I think you are probably correct. The last names are different enough, that I am going to mark this entry as "possible" until we get more converging data to confirm this hypothesis. Note that Eugenia lived at LUNDENDORF 27 and SPERLING 6 Flat 13 in the ghetto (and moved to a different apartment in the same building on November 12, 1941). She was also listed as a "Schuelerin" (ie, student). Please continue to Stage 2 in order to enter the change of address information in the appropriate field. Good research!
