User Comments:
For Chaim Kin I found Israel CHAIM Kin born 10/03/1933 and he lived at Gnesen 13 flat 3. He was deported on 12.3.42 TR 22/2. I'm not sure what TR means? Does it mean like the transport number? The reason I believe this is Chaim who signed the album is because he is the best match and born in the age range. He could have always went by his middle name.

I agree you've found the student who most likely signed this name in the album, and agree with your reasoning. You are right, TR is the transport number. Good job!

User Comments:
According to the secondary sources if Israel Chaim was deported in March of 1942 he would have been sent to Chelmno where he most likely perished in the gas vans. I also found living at the aforementioned address Benjamin Luzer Kin born 16/09/1888 and died 22/02/1942, Jenta born 1888, and Zysia born 15/04/1928. Zysia and Jenta were both deported with Israel and probably had his fate as well. Given the fact that Benjamin and Jenta were born in 1888 I'm not sure if they are the parents of Israel. It's possible though so I added in their information alsol.

Thank you for adding his family to the record! I completely agree with your findings. Due to the fact that Chaim was deported to Chelmno in March 1942 we have to assume that he perished. Thank you for your research!
