Using the DM Soundex tool, I was able to connect Izak Dikerman to Icchok Dykerman/Dykierman, who was born in a year that made him the right age to have attended School #20A.

I agree. Icchok, Izak, Icek, Izaak, and Isaac are all variations on the same name--please look for all these spellings in the next stages.

User Comments:

Each of the members of Icchok's family had two records, one with a last name of Dykerman and one with a last name of Dykierman. Icchok lived with his mother Estera (b. 1903), and his siblings Benjamin/Biniamin (b. 1939), Efroim/Efraim (b. 1928), Gerszon (b. 1935), and Mojsze (b. 1930).

All members of the family changed addresses on October 20, 1941, and all were deported on March 20, 1942, during the month of daily deportations to Chelmno.
