We searched for names that looked like Szlomo Niwinska during the same time period that he would have been born, and we found Szlama Niwinska.

WYM 18.8.42 means that there was a change of registration to a new address, meaning we know he was alive in 1942.

I agree! Szlama is an analogue of Szlomo, and Niwinski and Niwinska are the same last name, with different gendered endings. Please enter the Inselstrasse 19 address from the notes field--I agree that we know he was alive and still in the ghetto in 1942 based on the WYM date in the notes field. Best of luck in the next stages.

User Comments:

All relatives we found were located at the same address with the same last name, so we assume they are all related. It is difficult to tell which relation they have to one another due to close and far birth dates. 3 members of the family moved, while one other was transported to Chelmno. We assume he was killed there, but have no further information about the rest of the families who remained alive.
