I found Rachela Rabinowicz born 1930 and living at Reiter 5
flat 29 and Zieten 44 and moved on 8.4.42 to Alexhof 13. She also appears with
the birthdate of 30 June 1930 and living at Alexhof 13 flat 12 and Rieter 5/23
and deported on 19.9.42.

I found Chana Rabinowicz living at the same address and also
deported on the same day as Rachela. I’m guessing since Chana was born
11/08/1867 she must be a grandmother to Rachela. For her father I found Jakob
born 21/07/1895 and her mother Mania born 1897 and her older brother Izaak
Szyja born 08/01/1923 and died 27/08/1943.

I agree with most of your conclusions and agree that you have found Rachela's family. However, the September 19 date falls outside of the Gehsperre Aktion timeline in the first half of September 1942--it is likely she was deported to Chelmno, but we do not know for sure from the source you cite.
