I agree you have found the student who signed this name in the album. In 1941, she would have been 8 years old, the right age to attend school #4a. You can enter her deportation date into the appropriate field on the next stage; use the secondary source materials to determine what this date of deportation might imply about where she went.

I found who I believe to be Bluma's family.

Majer Jelen born 05/01/1906 (her father)
Rywka Kaufman Jelen born 1895 (her mother?)
Abram Mordke Jelen born 1936 (her brother)

Bluma, Abram, & Rywka share the same deportation date 12 Sep 1942 which means they were sent to Chelmno and murdered in the gas vans.

I was searching for information on Bluma I came across a vital record for the marriage of Majer Jeleń and Rywka Kaufman. It states they were married on 1 Mai 1941 (1 May 1941) at Sulzfelder 23. It aslo says Rywka was born 1896 and she lived at Blechgasse 11/16 and she was the daughter of Aron Kaufman and Blima Szajnfeld. I thought this was interesting information to include.

I also found Majer Jelen in the Flossenbürg Concentration Camp Records.

Very nice work. I agree that this information is correct for Bluma and her family. Thank you for your thorough research--how did you find the marriage record?--and for helping complete Bluma's record. With a deportation date of September 12, 1942, it is very likely she was deported during the Gehsperre Aktion, which targeted young children, and was killed at Chelmno.
