I believe R. Waksberg was Raca Waskberg born in 1932 and she lived at Bal Ring 7 flat 39 and Brunnenstrasse 10. She was only only person when I searched R. Waksberg that matched the dates 1928 and 1935.

I agree that Raca appears to be the likeliest candidate to have signed the album. Ruchla Waksberg, who also caught my eye, was born in 1927, just outside the general range for school #17a--but let's keep an eye on her as well. Nice work!

I found Chaja born 1905, Sura born 1929, and Mania Waksberg born 1934 all living at Baluter Ring 7 39. I'm guessing Chaja is Raca's mother and Sura is her older sister and Mania is her younger sister.
