I did a search of JAKUB ERLICH and couldn't find anything so I tried JAKON ERLICH and found Jakob Aron Erlich born 17/05/1930 He lived at Sulzfelder 13 Flat 11 and he was transported on TR 3.

I also did a search on JAKOB EHRLICH and came up with same info as above except it doesnt give his birth date and a ghetto note says age in 1940: 10.

Still pretty sure we're looking at the same person, since the addresses match and no-H Jakob would have been 10 years old in 1940 as well.

I believe Jakob's mother was Gitla b. 15/12/1900 and she also lived at the same address and was transported on TR 3. I haven't been able to find a date of thier deportion yet.

Sometimes it's hard to pin down dates of deportation for the numbered transports. You might want to try searching for Chelmno deportation #3 from Lodz in a further secondary source.
