Ghetto address: Rembrandt Strasse 5 Flat 15

I think you've find the woman who signed the album--based on her birthdate, she would have been the right age to have attended school #10B. Also note her address: Rembrandtstrasse 5, #15.

Next time, please write how you determined this was the right person who signed the album in the comment field, so we can follow your train of thought. Thanks!

User Comment:

Rywka lived with her brother, Chaim Szmul Pachciarska, and two adult females, Gitle Pachciarska and Szaja Pachciarska, one of which could possibly be her mother and the other who could possibly be her aunt. Gitle Pachciarska was born in 1899 in Lodz, Poland. She lived at the same address as Rywka, Rembrandt Strasse 5 Flat 15 as a housewife. Gitle died in the Lodz ghetto on March 12, 1943. Szaja Pachciarska was born on July 17, 1898 in Lodz, Poland. There are no records indicating what happened to Szaja. She also lived at the same address as Rywka.

Wonderful--I agree with all of your claims, and I appreciate your thoroughness in consulting the evidence before making your conclusions. Your thought process is clear and logical. One small change--Szaja is listed as Pachciarski, not -ska (you'll want to follow both spellings, but please do list her as -ski). I'm very excited to see if you find anything in the next stage. Thanks!
