I believe that Ber Fiszel is the boys orignial name while Beniek seems to be a nickname or shortened version. The date of birth falls correctly within the date range for the school and the occupation is listed as Schueler or Student so this seems to be the correct person.
The boy was deported through transport 11. I could not find where that transport went to and what happened from there.

I agree you have found the person who most likely signed the album! As you suggest, in 1941 Ber would have been 13 years old, the right age to attend school #14b. I do not see any other names in the database that look like closer matches.
