I searched for P* Lachman and found a young boy Chaim Pynches Lachman. He attened School #23 which was for students 8-14 (born 1921-1933). I believe that he may have went by his middle name. I did a little research and Chaim was a popular name for Jewish boys which would explain why he chose to go by "P". Also, he was born 3 July, 1932 which makes him the correct age for his school.
