Based upon the date of birth, his occupation of student, the addresses within the Lodz Ghetto, as well as the similarities between the last names, "Carski" and "Czaryski", it is likely that it is either a misspelling or it was a shortened version of his last name as both translate to similar meanings(emperor) in various languages.
