I agree this is the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941 he would have been 8 years old, the correct age to attend school #18a. In the future, please use the "research notes" field to explain to me and your fellow researchers how you determined this was the correct person.

Deportation or change of address on 6.9.1942. Most likely an address change considering there were no deportations on the time table that left in August 1942.
