I searched for leah, and lea, and l Reznik, reznick and other variations of her name to find her on the social security death index. I was not able to find her or any of her relatives that I think were linked to her. I tried making the search in every variation between broad, medium, all the way to exact and still could find nothing.
When looking through the post war list of survivors, http://www.ushmm.org/online/hsv/person_advance_search.php?NameSearch__SourceSrchGrp=2&NameSearch__SourceId=&NameSearch__lname=reznik&NameSearch__lname_accuracy=DM+Soundex&NameSearch__fname=l&NameSearch__fname_accuracy=DM+Soundex&NameSearch__lname_maiden=&NameSearch__lname_maiden_accuracy=&NameSearch__year=&NameSearch__year_accuracy=&NameSearch__year_birth=&NameSearch__year_birth_accuracy=&NameSearch__year_death=&NameSearch__year_death_accuracy=&NameSearch__place=&NameSearch__place_accuracy=&NameSearch__place_IsGeoExpand_cb_0=&NameSearch__place_birth=&NameSearch__place_birth_accuracy=&NameSearch__place_birth_IsGeoExpand_cb_0=&NameSearch__place_prewar=&NameSearch__place_prewar_accuracy=&NameSearch__place_prewar_IsGeoExpand_cb_0=&NameSearch__place_wartime=&NameSearch__place_wartime_accuracy=&NameSearch__place_wartime_IsGeoExpand_cb_0=&NameSearch__place_death=&NameSearch__place_death_accuracy=&NameSearch__place_death_IsGeoExpand_cb_0=&NameSearch__MaxPageDocs=25 I found that Lea, Reznik was on it but it was already all the information that I already had. It stated she was from Krynki, Poland, her internal number was D51.9.e. Though it does give another number 1922. I am not sure what this number represents. If it was a date it was way before she was born unless it is a different Lea. On this data base I searched fuzzy, sound, and exact. When I searched with just the last name I found an Ala Reznik. I am not sure if this is Lea and they just spelled it different. On the site for Ala it says that she stayed in the Lodz ghetto, her record number was 51051. Though this is all the information that is given for her so I am not sure if she matches up to Lea.
My next search was on the Visual History Archive http://vhaonline.usc.edu/viewingPage.aspx?testimonyID=47044&returnIndex=0#
I found a Frances Eisen. This person was connected to Leah Reznik. She had mentioned her in her testimony, though we are not able to hear the testimony. The statement said that Leah Reznik was her biological sister. This particular video is not able to be viewed from this site. I tried to find both this Frances Eisen and Leah Reznik on youtube in hopes that there was a video there but there was no luck. I found one for Hilda Eisen, though from what I watched I heard nothing of a Leah Reznik https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Daqe8Lad-z8
