After looking through the USHMM's databases and online searching, we were unable to find anyone with the last name Cwerdbaum or variations such as Cwergbajm, Cverdbaum…etc. Being hopeful that this family survived, due to lack of transport records, we think that they may have changed their last names. We think this is highly plausible if they moved to the United States were the spelling phonetically would be very different. How would you spell this last name?
