In this section despite scourging through the databases with variations of the name there was no trace of Laja Hanower in the Lodz Ghetto Database, in the Auschwitz or the HASAG-Pelcery camp near Czestochowa database, nor looking through the Auschwitz Death Books. The only Hanower I was finding was Saul, who was born in 1899 and is definitely not the person we are searching for.
