Order no. 106 of the 1st Labor Battalion is a mustering out list for the 4th Construction Company at the conclusion of the work season for most of the men, upon their completing 150 days' compulsory labor service. Their status was then switched to home furlough (domashen otpusk). The released date for all the men named here was either September 30 or the first three days of October. Home towns are noted for each man. Leading the list are the officers and NCOs of the unit. After that, the men are arranged on this list in the Cyrillic alphabetical order of their first names, in accordance with Bulgarian custom.
