"The Board of the Jewish Religious Community in Rownam states that this list of contributions, pursuant to Art. 13 regulations on the organization of Jewish denominations / Reg. Pres. R.P. of 14.K.1927 r. Journal U. R. P. No. 52/28, item. 500 / was for eight days, including, from February 1939 to the? day of February 1939, on display for the members of the Commune at the commune office at ul. Klasztrna 35.
The layout of the list of contributions was made known to the members of the Commune by an advertisement in the local daily "Wolyner Judiszer Kurier" No. with dm. February 1939"
