The men named on the list with hometown and YOB all failed to report to duty with the 1st Labor Battalion on April 10, 1943. This list covers men from the 39th military district, including Zilyakovo and Nevrokop which were the hometowns, respectively, for four and two of the men named here. The remaining 22 man came from the city of Seres in Bulgarian-annexed northern Greece. (Some of these names appear on a separate list of Seres Jews deported to Treblinka in March 1943.)
