Abstract:
On February 28, 1942 Police headquarters in Tiraspol relays to the administration a list ot Jewish craftsmen remaining in the ghetto (rather than being deported to "kingdsom of death", i.e. Transnistria) and requests an increase in their daily allowance so they can buy bread; otherwise, they will have nothing to eat.
