- Book contains descriptions, routes and maps of death marches from Buchenwald and its subcamps and a list of approximately 100 persons known to have died during or as a result of such marches on p. 25-32. Name list includes name, date and place of birth and often detailed descriptions of the circumstances and place of death (where known).
- A computer file in Excel format in the Survivors Registry collection that was derived from the book's name lists does not contain all information found in the published name lists, particularly descriptions of the circumstances of death, where known.

Survivors Registry Volunteer Peter Lande obtained a copy of this book during his visit to the Buchenwald Memorial in Autumn 2002 from which he has extracted a list of the names on p. 25-32 into a computer file in Excel speadsheet format, which he has given to the Survivors Registry.
