The 3rd Labor Battalion hq had evidently been moved to Sliven in early November 1941. Of the 34 men named, 11 each had served in the 2nd and 4th Construction Companies, and 12 in the 3rd Construction Company. Hometowns and YOBs are given for each man. The mustering out date for all 34 was October 1. The report comprises Paragraph 2 of 3rd Labor Battalion order no. 94.
