Years back when I was in high school our class took a trip to Washington DC. Part of the trip included a tour through the Holocaust Museum. Never before had my heart felt so heavy by the time I left that place. I looked at all that those people had endured & felt thankful that I had relatives who were able to escape from the horror. Those feelings have become a part of me that I will never forget -- and I will be sure that those after me also never forget. God's comfort and blessings to all those who survived and to all those who suffered. |

In memory of those who lost their lives and in honor of the survivors who had the courage to go on living, loving and teaching us so we could hope for a better tomorrow. |

I lit a candle for the parents of friends of mine who died in Auschwitz and for all who have suffered what has been an endless struggle. |

I light this candle in memory of all those who perished in Ha Shoah, may thier memory be blessed and may we in this hour keep vigil to the current voices who still want to destroy Israel and blot out his name. "Never again" can only happen if we as Jews with gentiles take serious those voices. Anti - semitic retoric is not innocent . It is why we light candles this day,for it is the foundation of hate, death and distruction. |

I remember the six millions that died in the holocaust, with the rising of antisemitism in the world, we need to be more vigilant than ever. Never again! I'm lightning the candle in memory of my dear father and all the others that perished in concentrations camps. Eternal Israel!! |

None of us should forget those who lost their lives, and those who continue to lose their lives, because they were or are deemed to be unacceptable. We are all brothers and sisters. Peace to each and every one of us! |

I lived in West Germany as a child and I learned then about the Holocaust. Later on I was able to visit the site of a camp and spend time in Ansbach's synagogue (which is still standing). It is an important fact of history that these calculated murders of innocents took place. |
