The Next 25 Years: an Opportunity to Travel to the Museum

Mission Trip

Sunday, June 23, 1 p.m.
Monday, June 24, 8:45 a.m.–2 p.m.

Join us on a special 2019 trip to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum for a unique overview of the institution’s impact in its first quarter century and learn about exciting plans for the next 25 years.

The trip will include meetings with Museum historians and educators as well as tours of exhibitions. Discussions will be held with experts on digital innovation, current day genocide, Holocaust denial and antisemitism throughout the world.

Additionally, there will be a behind-the-scenes visit of the Museum’s newest exhibition, Americans and the Holocaust. Participants will have a private tour of the state-of-the-art David and Fela Shapell Family Collections, Conservation and Research Center and be invited to both a private ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance and an evening reception in the Hall of Witness.
