Chestnut Roll (Rolada Od Kestena)
Boil and peel kg chestnuts. Put through a ricer. Add 3 teaspoons granulated sugar, 2 dkg butter and a bit of rum. Mix well and roll out to the thickness of one centimeter on one half of a wet linen napkin. For the filling mix well three “ribs” of chocolate, grated, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons vanilla, sugar, rum, 2 dkg butter. Coat the dough with the filling and roll up. Glaze with chocolate or whipped cream.
