Bosnian Cake (Bosanska Torta)
Beat 6 egg whites until firm. Add 20 dkg sugar, 12 dkg walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, 12 dkg chocolate, 12 dkg raisins. Mix well and add a little orange liquor (arancino). Grease the cake pan and add the batter. Bake for of an hour. Ice the cake with chocolate or, if served the same day, with whipped cream.
