Bosnian Cake (Bosanska Torta)
Beat 6 egg whites until firm. Add 20 dkg sugar, 12 dkg walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, 12 dkg chocolate, 12 dkg raisins. Mix well and add a little orange liquor (arancino). Grease the cake pan and add the batter. Bake for ¾ of an hour. Ice the cake with chocolate or, if served the same day, with whipped cream.
