Defendant Gregor Ebner testifies at the RuSHA Trial. A physician by training, Ebner oversaw a Lebensborn program to produce children from "racially superior" Aryan parents and identify such children in occupied territories. He was acquitted of crimes against humanity and war crimes. Ebner was convicted of membership in a criminal organization, but released with time served. He died in 1974.
