Wainrib or Wajnryb family originally from Chelm, Poland.
Interested in my grandmother Chana's relatives. She also had brothers Moishe, Kiev and Yankel ( probably a half brother) They all emigrated to Australia in the 1920s. Other relatives possibly in USA.
Chana Wainrib married Wolf Gotlib, also from Chelm, in Palestine in 1924.

I am looking for possible family of my grandmother's sister.

Family Name: Berkovitz
Before the War: Borsec, Transylvania, Romania.

My grandmother's name was Roza Berkovitz. She was born June 15, 1923. After Auschwitz she was married to a nonjewish man named Paul Kokavecz and moved to Canada. Her sister moved to Haifa after the war. She managed to contact my grandmother around 1961 and my grandmother secretly sent $ to her in Israel. All I know is that there were 7 children in the family and I am told there were 2 sets of twins. I am also told that my greatgrandfather was a judge before the war. If anyone has any information they can share with me I would be most grateful.
