Gravatar

Hi all — I’m having some trouble logging into Gravatar with my username and password for the un-conference blog. I can login with my username and password for my own WordPress blog, but not this one. Has anyone had any success and can give me some tips?

    Gravatar is a seperate service that you have to register for seperately. Go to http://gravatar.com and go through the registration process. Then come back here and insert your Gravatar username under your profile.

    Hi Kelli,

    I had trouble with this, too. I think what I ended up doing was logging in with the username and password that Gravatar would accept, then adding the e-mail I am using for the un-conference.

    Once Gravatar has incorporated the alternate e-mail into your account, it should allow you to assign an image to it. Then, you have to make the e-mail you’re using for the un-conference the primary e-mail for your account so this blog will pick up your Gravatar. (If you don’t see a change after these steps, clear your cache and wait about 10 minutes.)
