| GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: | The project was started in 1995 by two historians who realized that there was hardly any information available about forced labour in Hanover. At first the project was affiliated with the University of Hanover; for the past four years the project has been financed by the Stadtwerke Hannover.
In the last ten years the project produced three books and an exhibition about forced labour camps in Hanover and the region. |
