| OVERVIEW OF ORAL HISTORY COLLECTION: | From 1976 to 1980 German refugees and aid workers living in the Manchester area were interviewed. In 1983 the first Holocaust survivors were interviewed, and from 1988 survivors were systematically being interviewed by the Manchester Jewish Museum and the National Sound Archive. |
