The Joseph Eaton Collection documents the Holocaust from two angles. Eaton was both a refugee from Nazi Germany and a member of the US Army during World War II, and the photos, letters, and papers he donated reveal his official—and unofficial—efforts to combat Nazism and aid its victims.
