The Ideological Training of the SS, Police and Waffen-SS in the Context of the Final Solution (published in German, 2003); co-editor of Holocaust Responses (2004); and contributor to Christopher Browning’s The Origins of the Final Solution: The Evolution of Nazi Jewish Policy, September 1939–March 1942 (2004), which recently won the National Jewish Book Award.
