The USHMM is receiving digital images of the documentation at the International Tracing Service (ITS), an archive established to help reunite families separated during the war and trace missing relatives. The ITS and the USHMM have prepared this searchable Inventory of the Archive of the International Tracing Service in order to provide people with an overview of the more than 21,000 separate historical collections of this documentary material. The inventory is based on a list of collections. Please note that the search engine is not searching the archival documents themselves. It is only searching for words that appear in the descriptive fields of the inventory.
