Film footage of Berlin in ruins

During World War II, Anthony "Tony" S. Brooke served in Europe as a U.S. Army Signal Corps cameraman in a film unit commanded by George Stevens. In May 1945, Stevens gave his crew 16mm color film stock and small handheld cameras to capture whatever they could, in addition to the official black and white footage they were shooting for the Army. This is the color footage Brooke took of Berlin in ruins.
