HOLLERITH TABULATION MACHINE FROM IBM

Dehomag D11 tabulation machine, donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum by the Technical Museum in Dresden, Germany, used for counting punched data cards. This machine was of the type used to process the German census in the 1930s. The machine depicted here was produced by the German Hollerith Machine Company, a subsidiary of the company later known as International Business Machines (IBM).
